Base includes in-store gift list management. Pro adds a public page, links and QR codes, online payments and a direct connection to the shop’s Stripe account.

Yes. Annual plans are equivalent to two free months compared with monthly billing.

No. The listed prices exclude applicable VAT.

Yes. You can change plan when needed and schedule cancellation for the end of the period; access remains available until the end date.

When available, the free trial lasts 30 days for new customers.

When available, START30 is for eligible new customers, can be used once and cannot be combined with other promotions.

No. Promotions follow their eligibility terms and cannot be combined where the campaign provides for that.

Any gift codes are managed individually, according to the conditions communicated by the retailer or MERIALA.

Yes. Online payments are available with MERIALA Pro when the shop has completed the connection to its Stripe account.

Online contributions are connected to the shop’s Stripe account.

Stripe manages the connection to the shop account and online payment processing when this feature is enabled.

Each shop accesses its own areas and gift lists through dedicated controls.

Merchant and creator dashboards are set not to be indexed by search engines.

Public gift lists are set not to be indexed by search engines.

Private dashboards use protected access and private links; share them only with authorised people.

Yes. The shop can choose Italian or English for dashboards, public pages, emails and PDFs for new gift lists.
